Returns

  • Eligibility:
    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

    • In the original packaging.

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

    • Customized or personalized products.

    • Items on clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”

    • Gift cards.


Refunds

  • Inspection & Approval:
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.
    Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or we made an error.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at evandanielalexander@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number.

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at evandanielalexander@yahoo.com.
